Harrison O'Donald: Born January 21, 1992. Born and raised in Road Inland he always had a Nack for driving. He moved to L.A. Californa at and became an Officer. Getting 6 sytations and a Mayor comendantion. Then transfered to METRO to drive the Viper.
Ronnie Wilkes: Born May 10, 1987. Born in METRO then moved to Washington after father gets job with the Army engineering corp. After college, works for the CIA. Then moves back to head the new VIPER project.
Rachel Sloan: Born March 10, 1993. Born and Raised in METRO she was a wild child. Started Driving at the age of 14. After graduating High School, joined the METRO Police Academy. Now Co-Driver of the VIPER project.
Edward Franklin: Birthdate unknown: Civilian Mechanic known to help the VIPER team.
Tech Op Matthew Thorogood: Born Febuary 9, 1992 Born in Bay City, and went to Virgina Tech. After Collage meets up with Wilkes and becomes close friends. Now Thorogood works for the VIPER team.
